Description

Services to prepare, produce and publish a weekly civilian enterprise newspaper known as The Globe for Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC and also a bi-monthly civilian enterprise newspaper known as The Rotovue for Marine Corps Air Station, New River, Jacksonville, NC. This requirement will be for the period 01 June 2002 through 31 May 2003 with 4 one year option periods. The civilian enterprise newspapers shall be prepared, published and distributed at no cost to the Government, however, the Contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publications. The standard North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) for this requirement is 511110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation.
