Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for supplies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. The reference number for this announcement is F43CXR12120200. This requirement is for the following, CLIN 0001, 1 (ONE) Qualstar Tape Library System 8466, with (4) FOUR LTO Tape Drives #8466-4LVD1, 8466 Tape Library System with (4) FOUR LTO Tape Drives. 66 Removable Slots + 1 1/0 port LTO Native capacity =3D 6.6TB Average Compression =3D 2.1 up to 13.2TB or equal; CLIN 0002, 1 (ONE) Fiber Channel Option #501420-01-2 or equal; CLIN 0003, 1 (ONE) Bar Code Labels #734-0016-0 for LTO (0-299) or equal; CLIN 0004, 1 (ONE) Multi-node adaptor #648-0105-3 GBIC ? optical 850nm or equal; CLIN 0005, 66 (SIXTY SIX) Tape cartridges #LTO-100GB (Figi) or equal; CLIN 0006, 2 (TWO) LTO-CL (20 cleanings) or equal. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334112; 1000 size standard. Supplies will be delivered to Eglin AFB on an FOB Destination basis. Delivery date after award is 30 days.
