Description

McGuire Air Force Base, NJ is issuing a "Request for Quotations" for the inspection, testing and certifying of seventy (70) hoists and cranes. Sixty-one (61) of the overhead hoists must be inspected, tested and certified prior to 30 Sep 01. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, test weights, supplies and materials necessary to perform work. Performance period will be from time of award through 30 Sep 01, with four (4) option to extend periods of one (1) year each. Request for Quote will be available on the EPS (www.eps.gov) website on or about 28 Aug 01. Therefore, no paper copies will be mailed. A Firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. Site visit is scheduled for 5 Sep 01 at 9:00 AM at the Contracting Squadron, 2402 Vandenburg Avenue, McGuire Air Force Base, NJ.
