This is combined synopsis/solicitation. The Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to General Dynamics Communication Systems, 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494-27892 under Federal Acquisition Regulation Su-Part 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items supplemented with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and written request for quotes will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-01-T-0061. The requirement is for 4 each Encryptor, Taclane E100, Mfr p/n ET-59000-1. The item is to be delivered to 203 West D Avenue Suite 406, Eglin AFB, FL 32542, FOB destination. Government personnel will perform technical inspection at destination.
