Description

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Nonpersonal Services for the contractor to provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary, except government-provided items, ensuring that contracted services are performed at Moody Air Force Base (MAFB) and Grassy Pond Recreation Annex (Grassy Pond), Georgia (GA). Services are for the performance of grounds maintenance and pest/pesticide management. In addition, pesticide application only shall be performed at South Stockton Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) site. Contractor shall maintain grounds at designated areas on and off Moody AFB. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-01-R-0013 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 56173. The contract is for a basic period of 1 Dec 2001 through 30 Sep 2002, four (4) option years, and two (2) award terms. This solicitation is a competitive RFP awarded using commercial procedures found in FAR Part 12. The solicitation will be posted on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov).
