Description

Contractor is to furnish refrigerated, medium temperature, self-contained, open-type, self-service, mobile, 6 foot octagon shaped merchandiser (grab-n-go). This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract with a base year and one option year. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 19, 2001 as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFP number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
