Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a firm fixed price contract of 10 ea. GPS Receivers. This is a sole source contract to Magellan, Corp., 471 El Camino Rd, Santa Clara CA 95050. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-01-T-0017. Specifications: GPS Receiver, includes a G12 sensor box, G12 HDMA w/MSTCS firmware. Must provide hardware and software to comply with the MSTCS message format suitable for QF-4 drone target. These items are to be delivered to 46TW/TSTDL, Bldg. 33(MHU), Eglin AFB FL. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 for this acquisition (size standard 750 employees). Please identify if you are a small or a large business based upon this NAICS code.
