Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700101Q0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 5113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Item #0001: 450 ea-PERSTOP-XYTEC, INC. COLLAPSIBLE PLASTIC PALLET-SIZE STORAGE CONTAINERS, 40" X 48" footprint; 39" 42" Nominal Height with detachable lid. Color: Light Gray, single, fold-down access door on 48" side., nominal door size 30" 32" Width x 12' 16" Height, with pad-lock-capable lid. Mnimum 2400 lb. Capacity: Four (4) way entry capable FOR Forklift and Pallet Jack.Collapsible empty to maximum 16" High, stackable to 6' high collapsed empty. Static stackable to (3) high fully loaded with lid in place. Closed interior bottom surface, minimum 4" wide bottom stringers flush with leg bottom, capable of storing on standard pallet rack without decking, XYTEC-XYTEC MODEL 4840-39 or equivalent. Item #002 60 ea COLLAPSIBLE PLASTIC PALLET BOXES WITH DETACHABLE LIDS. High density structural polyethlene foam construction. 45" x 48" Footprint, 49-50" Nominal Height, 51-52" with lid in place. Color: Gray or Black. Two fold-down access doors on 48" sides. Nominal door size 30-32" wide X 13'-16" High, with padlock capable lid, Minimum 2400 Lb capacity, Four way entry capable for fork-lift and pallet jack. Collapsible empty to maximum 29" high.
