- Description
- This is a sources-sought synopsis to identify potential sources and does not constitute a request for proposals. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking to use sources outside the Government to provide assistance in analyzing and resolving contract disputes. The BOP currently uses several outside sources to assist in this capacity and would like to expand its source list. The BOP intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement and issue orders on an as-needed basis. This agreement will not constitute a requirements-type contract. Responses to this notice should include the following information: (1) name and address of the firm; (2) key personnel; (3) pertinent information which demonstrates the firm's ability to meet the above requirements. Responses may be sent by mail, fax, or e-mail to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice and any questions may be directed to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice.
