Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to purchase traffic cones as follows: color: day-glo flourescent orange; made of polyvinyl chloride; imprinted horizontally (between color layers and clear top layer) in black 2" letters: DMD 2001; 1,000 each 12", 12 PVCS; 2,500 each 18", 18 PVCS; 2,000 each 28", 28 PVCS; 5,000 each 36", 36 PVCS. Mfgr: Work Area. This is a brand name purchase. This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 adn FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set-aside. Estimated delivery date shall be specified on the quote. FOB destination prices are required. Delivery to Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Shipping and Receiving, Bldg 2400, Glynco, GA 31524. FAR Clause 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference. FAR Clause 52.212-5 is incorporated by reference. The following paragraphs apply to this RFQ and any resultant order: (b)(11) through (b)(15), (b)(17), (b)(20), (b)(21), (b)(23). Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the Provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer (www.arnet.gov/far/). Vendor must also provide Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Quotes may be faxed to Sarah Wrighton, (912) 267-3132 (phone: (912) 267-2239) on or before the close of business (4:30 pm EST) 02/21/01.
