Description

The requirements for this Request for Quotes (RFQ) include labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Audio Visual maintenance support for Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) Seminar Training Facility at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contractor shall ensure that the audiovisual equipment is ready to support approximately 22 seminars and other functions as identified. A seminar is an 8-day conference using simulation support and classroom instruction conducted in the BCTP Seminar Facility (BSF). It is critical that all BSF equipment is fully functioning during the seminar periods. Contractor shall provide the technical capability to perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance telephone help desk. This will be a 12-month Firm Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7629. The Small Business Size Standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, if average sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $3.5 million. Only one award will be made as a result of this RFQ. This RFQ is to be issued on or about 16 January 2001. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr2000.com) to be eligible for award. All requests should be in writing and reference DABT19-01-T-1001.
