Tare weight shall be minimum practical, but shall not exceed 8,600 pounds. Gross weight rating shall be 52,910 pounds. Dimensions, tolerances, and diagonal differences shall meet the requirements for a 20-foot nominal length container as specified in ISO 668. Containers shall be new and unused. Two sets of certified drawings shall be submitted with proposals. Containers are desired to be delivered within 4 months of award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. All companies proposing on any Government contract must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at website (ccr.edi.disa.mil) to receive an award.
