Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to replace perimeter fencing at U.S. Coast Guard CAMSLANT
Transmitter Site, Pungo, VA. Work includes but is not limited to: (1)
Demolish approximately 6840 LF of existing fencing in its entirety and
install new fencing as specified; (2) Install one double-swing gate at
location shown on drawing; (3) Install approx. 12 SF of additional 2_
mesh fabric to existing fencing to remain to match slope of grade at
location shown on drawing; (4) install approx. 10 LF of additional
bracing and approx. 125 SF of additional 2_ mesh fabric to existing
fencing to remain at location shown on drawing; (5) Clear 15130 SF of
grass/vegetation and place 180 CY of 34_ aggregate for new 10_-0_ wide
road at location shown on drawing; and (6) UNIT ITEM: Replace up to
(10) damaged support arms along perimeter of fencing to remain with new
support arms to match existing. Re-establish barbed wire after
installation of new support arms. The SIC Code is 1799. The estimated
range is between $25K and $100K. The performance period is 120 DANTP.
The Due Date for quotes will be o/a 30 days after posting. A Bid Bond
is not required. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness
Demonstration Act, this procurement is open to both large and small
businesses. However, FAR Clause 52.219-23 Notice of Price Adjustment
for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns and 52.219-4 Notice of Price
Evaluation for HUBZone Small Business Concerns may be applicable (This
clause allows a price adjustment factor for small disadvantaged
