The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to award an unrestricted contract or contracts for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13.5 simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation is expected to be posted on the web site about 19 May 2000 and an award is anticipated no later than 31 August 2000. This is a web-posted solicitation and may be downloaded from our web-site at www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/solicitation_registration.start_page. Subsequent amendments to the solicitation, if any, will only be promulgated via the FISCPH web page. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendment thereto. Because this is a web-based solicitation, a Bidders Mailing list will not be maintained. The annual LPG usage is approximately 632,365 gallons. The base period of performance is from 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 with (3) three 12-month option periods. The solicitation includes FAR clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Award will be made to the firm(s) with low-price, technically acceptablequotes. The Government may award a single contract or more than one contract from this solicitation. The contract line items (CLINs) are geographically divided and stated in nine (9) Lots. An offeror must propose on all items in a Lot to be eligible for award of that Lot. Offerors must propose on all lots.
