DESC: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and
supervision required to perform the following work: 1.1.1. Remove
existing packaged HVAC unit mounted on the roof including associated
ductwork 1.1.2. Install a new packaged rooftop HVAC unit with an
economizer and controls including a new roof curb, new indoor
thermostat and associated ductwork. 1.1.3. Modify indoor and outdoor
ductwork and air distribution system, after the existing ceiling has
been removed and prior to installation of the new ceiling. 1.1.4.
Insulate existing rectangular ductwork. 1.2.1. Disconnect power to
existing HVAC unit from the existing electric panel. 1.2.2 Install
power and control wiring to new HVAC unit. 1.2.3. Reconnect and
reinstall required light fixtures for ceiling replacement. 1.2.4.
Install new light fixtures and exit/emergency lights as specified.
1.3.1. Remove existing acoustical ceiling tiles and grid. 1.3.2.
Install a new acoustical ceiling tiles and grid, at lower ceiling
height. Work to be performed at USCG Marine Safety Office (MSO)
Cleveland, Ohio. The SIC code assigned to this project is 1711, the
