The U.S. Southern Command located in Miami, Florida has a requirement for hotel rooms in Key West, Florida for the period, 7 September 17 September. Line item 0001: One (1) hotel suite for the period, 7 Sep 16 Sep; Line item 0002: One (1) hotel suite for the period 12 Sep 16 Sep. Line item 0003: Four (4) single rooms for the period 7 Sep 17 Sep; Line item 0004: Six (6) single rooms for the period 7 Sep 16 Sep; Line item 0005: Five (5) single rooms for the period 12 Sep 16 Sep; Line item 0006: Seventy-seven (77) single rooms for the period 13 Sep 16 Sep; Line item 0007: Five single rooms for the period 14 Sep 16 Sep. The ability to reserve seven (7) additional single rooms for personnel that will pay individually. Line item 0008: Breakfast; Line item 0009: Lunch; and Line item 0010: Dinner. Hotel must be able to provide a contracted breakfast and dinner for approximately 60 people. Buffet with menu varying daily is preferred for breakfast; buffet or hot entr e options preferred for dinner. Breakfasts required Tuesday to Friday mornings, 6:30 A.M. 8:00 A.M., 14 17 September. Dinners required Monday to Thursday evenings, 6:00 P.M. 7:30 P.M., 13 16 September. Up to ten breakfasts might be required for early arrivals on Monday, 13 September, 7:00 A.M. 9:00 A.M. Up to ten dinners might be required for late departures Friday, 17 September, 6:00 P.M. 7:30 P.M. Contracted lunches are required Tuesday to Friday, 14 17 September for approximately 60 people. Request that two to four different sites be used for contracted lunches. Lunch time 12:00 P.M. 1:15 P.M. each day. Possible sites to be within same boundaries as the hotel. Up to ten lunches might be required for early arrivals on Monday, 13 September, 12:00 P.M. 1:30 P.M. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation that will be the best value to the Government, considering factors will be, capacity to house all participants, location to the Naval Air Station, physical security, and the ability to feed approximately 60 people.
