COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF MARCH 10,1999 PSA#2299ANNOUNCING FIESTA CROW '99 FIESTACROW 99 -- "Information Operations
Going Global." The Billy Mitchell Club (BMC) of the Association of Old
Crows, along with sponsorship from the Joint Command and Control
Warfare Center, the Air Force Information Warfare Center, Air
Intelligence Agency, the 67th Intelligence Wing, the Cryptologic
Systems Group, Southwest Research Institute and the Alamo Chapter of
AFCEA, will present the 11th FIESTACROW technical symposium.
"Information Operations Going Global". It will continue the tradition
of a leading edge technical program providing the attendees with a
challenging look at the future of Information Operations (IO) across
the spectrum. The symposium will feature unclassified presentations on
IO and its global explosion. The keynote address will be given by Lt.
Gen. Ken Minihan, the current Director of the National Security
Agency. Other distinguished speakers include Maj. Gen. Dave Gust, USA,
Program Executive Office for Intelligence and Electronic Warfare and
Brig. Gen. Bruce A. Wright, USAF, Joint Staff Director for Information
Operations, J-39. The National Security Agency will also give
presentations on Technology Forecast Information Assurance and Public
Key Infrastructure. Additionally, an international perspective on IO
and assurance will be voiced in presentations from Switzerland and
other countries. The Technical program will also include sessions on IO
in the Electromagnetic Spectrum, Operations in the Defense Information
Infrastructure, Operations in the Global Information Infrastructures
and Operations in IO, IO Defense, Electronic Warfare, and Command and
Control Warfare. Over seventy contractors and twenty seven government
organizations have registered to exhibit and display their emerging
technologies. The exhibits area will be open Monday, April 19th, 4:00
PM -- 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 20th, 12:00 PM -- 8:00 PM, and Wednesday,
April 21st, 4:00 PM -- 8:00 PM. Following FIESTACROW, Air Intelligence
Agency will host their own Industry Days on 22 and 23 April. See the

requirements for AIA events. FIESTACROW 99 technical program,, as
usual, is held in conjunction with the San Antonio Fiesta. Coupled with
the San Antonio hospitality during Fiesta, the parties that surround
it, the River Parade and an elegant banquet, this is one even not to be
