The work to be performed generally consist of, but is not limited to, the following: Perform a site visit in order to determine the actual amount of work, dimensions, variations, and field conditions which affect the work, demolition and removal of existing asphaltic and concrete pavements, chain-link fencing and installation of a new storm sewer system, including piping an existing ditch, relocating a portion of existing sewer pipeline, construction of concrete curb and gutter, construction of a brick pier and area site lighting. Proposals will be evaluated using Performance/Price Trade off Procedures. Past performance information must be relevant to this requirement and have occurred within the past three years.
