Ochoa (210) 221-3663 (Site Code DADA10) Work will include but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to removing the existing wet pipe sprinkler system in the attic, converting the existing building wet standpipe system back to its original configuration as a dry standpipe system, removing the existing fire alarm system in its entirety, sealing all stairwell penetrations, installing a wet pipe fire sprinkler system throughout the building and installing a addressable fire alarm system throughout the building. Work will take place in and around Building 2792, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. Performance period is 365 calendar days.
