The solicitation notice appearing in the Commerce Business Daily, August 13, 1997, for technical support services for the water quality standards program for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Water (OW), is modified as follows: The Base level of effort (LOE) for each of the four contract periods is revised from 4400 direct labor hours to a revised amount of 4500 direct labor hours. With 100% quantity option potential, this revises the potential direct labor hours over the total 48 month period from 35,200 to 36,000 direct labor hours (LOE). ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY. This procurement in being conducted under full and open competition.
