The Contractor shall include the complete costs in their bid to cover all costs of relocating the overhead communication cables to underground construction. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the work with the communication company contractor(s), as designated by American Cablevision and Southwestern Bell, arranging construction, and paying contractors. This relocation includes both installation of new cables and retirement of overhead communication systems. The construction requirements of each communication company shall be met or exceeded. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The performance period is 195 calendar days.
