Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and plans. Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition for construction as needed, excavation for replacement of 1800 and 2400 pr communication cables and conduits, grade area for topsoil placement, pre and post testing of cables, working throw, case removal, and cable removal and disposal. All work must be completed by 31 Oct 96. Construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
