In general, Base Bid work consists of selective tree removal, general demolition to include removal of debris including old seawall pilings, concrete slabs, trailers, septic tanks, picnic tables, and drainage inlets. New construction includes seawall, beach access ramps and stairs, concrete slabs, ramps and stairs for new manufactured homes, potable water, sanitary sewer and propane gas systems. The purchase, delivery and setup of new manufactured homes are not included in this contract. Additive Item #1 consists of asphalt paving. Estimated dollar range for Base Bid and Additive Item #1 is between $500,000 and $1 Million. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
