PY'95 Replace Electric Panels in Building 12 and Windows in Building 14 at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. The work to be performed under this project involves the replacement of four electric panels and the electrical distribution panel in building no. 12 (Administration Building) and window replacement on the second and third floors of building no. 14 (Female Dormitory). The estimated construction cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The estimated completion time is 140 calendar days. Plans and Specifications will be available on August 29, 1996, from the office of the Architect/Engineer, Gastinger and Walker Architects, 810 Baltimore Street, Kansas City, Missouri, contact Louis Zarr (816) 421-8200 for additional information regarding this project. Collect calls will not be accepted. It is emphasized that requests for plans and specifications shall be directed to the A/E firm listed above to ensure proper handling of requests. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A pre-bid walk-thru is scheduled September 12, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
