Work includes interior selective demolition of walls, ceilings, doors, windows, finishes, concrete floor slabs, mechanical, plumbing, power and lighting systems. Exterior selective demolition of pavement and concrete curbs. Interior installation of structural concrete footings, columns, second floor slab and slabs on grade. Interior installation of partitions, doors, windows, ceilings, mill-work, lockers, insulation, and finishes including resilient flooring and base, carpet, rubber athletic flooring, paint, ceramic tile, wood trim and acoustical ceilings. Installation of HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting systems. Exterior installation of curbs, paving and regarding. Replacement of exterior doors and windows. Prepare, maintain and submit as-built drawings as required. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 16 Aug 96 with a bid opening on or about 16 Sep 96. Proposed contract will be firm fixed price type contract. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
