This project consists essentially of, but not limited to removal of existing built up roofing material, roofing agregate, metal coping, metal gutters and downspouts, wood fascia boards, light standards, building signage, asphalt shingles, exterior windows, doors, asbestos siding, building canopies, and steel tube columns, interior acoustical tile ceilings, interior partitions and finishes, interior doors and frames, vinyl composition tile and base, cermaic floor tile and base, toilets, counters, mirrors and accessories and removal of existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Installation of new standing seam metal roofing systems, exterior insulation and finish system, new exterior and interior windows, doors and frames, interior wall, floor and ceiling materials and finishes including new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1542. The contract performance period is 330 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
