Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing hanger and office space in the Metro Atlanta, GA / Airport Area suitable for use by the U.S. Marshalls Service. REQUIRED: Approximately 10,000 usable sq. ft. to yield 1,500 sq. ft. of office and s upport space and 8,500 sq. ft. of hanger space. Offer must be for quality, sound space and office space must be constructed in such a way that an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of similar space can be constructed on top of the initial offices. All serv ices, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LEASE TERM: Ten (1 0) years, with a five year renewal option, beginning August 2002.
