Description

This document represents Amendment 1 to CBD/solicitation number: M/OP-SOL-02-004. This solicitation is not associated with solicitation number: "M/OP-02-004" or any other solicitation with a similar number. Please note the difference in the solicitation numbers. The new solicitation number for this procurement is "M/OP-SOL-02-004(a)" to reflect this amendment. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The original CBD/solicitation number M/OP-SOL-02-004 (to include amendments) represents the entire request. This procurement is for a COTS course called "Train the Trainers". The purpose of the course would be to teach USAID employees/trainers to train other employees. The closing date for this CBD/solicitation is extended from January 4, 2002, at 11:00am to January 17, 2002, at 11:00am. Ms. Somers is available to assist with proposal receipts only.
