Description

Provide all labor, supervision, administrative support, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide pick-up, transport, postage, processing, delivery and troubleshooting of parcels to the United States Postal Service (USPS)Section Center Facility (SFC) for the destination zip codes for the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Facilities located at Murfreesboro, TN and Hines, IL. The contractor shall comply with all USPS sorting, manifesting and auditing regulations. Solicitation is expected to be issued on January 8, 2002. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted electronically at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp.htm on or about the issue date. Request for copies of the solicitation from the contracting officer must be received in writing. See Note 12.
