Description

The US Army has a requirement for movie theater services on Camps Bondsteel and Montieth, Kosovo. This program allows US personnel to attend motion picture movies free of charge. Up to 800 personnel at a time may participate. The US Army anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and two option years. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. In accordance with Army Regulation 60-20, AAFES will be in primary source of nonsubsistence resale merchandise and services on Army and Air Force installations.
