Description

Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), in performance of its prime contract, DE-AC09-96SR18500, as management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at the Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a partner to provide 100% funding ("funds in") for a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) to continue additional development of its Efficient Pyrolysis Process. This new technology has been tested to convert refuse to refuse derived fuel by using hot oil as a heat transfer mechanism. Responses to this solicitation of interest must be received by January 25, 2002.
