Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of various pieces of computer equipment and software. This equipment will be exported to American Embassy, Fiji. This procurement is a small business set aside. Software and hardware required is Brand Name or Equal to all brands specified below: Afix Tracker (offered by The Phoenix Group, Pittsburg, Kansas), 2.5 for windows 95/98/NT 4.0 single user version, Afix Tracker Premium Support Plan (3 years), Dell Dimensions XPS T Mini Tower computer system, (include a minimum of 3-year warranty), Epson Perfection 1200 S scanner, Epson Stylus color 740 inkjet printer, 10/20 GB tapes for TR5 Back-up, APC Back-up UPS 300 uninterruptible power supply for the local Fiji conditions. Offer must include appropriate training and implementation of the equipment. Also include three days of training for other personnel at a later date -- provide a price per individual for up to three individuals. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Govt (i.e. that which represents the Best Value to the Govt). For those offers meeting all technical specifications, delivery time ARO and price will then be of primary importance. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror.
