POC: MAGGIE FRITTS, CONTRACTING OFFICER E-MAIL: MFRITTS@USGS.GOV PHONE: 703-648-7381 FAX: 703-648-7367 12201 SUNRISE VALLEY DRIVE RESTON, VA 20192 Isoeugenol (CAS 97-54-1) Uniformly ring labeled C-14. 20mCi with minimum of 15 mCi/mmol and preferably 25-50 mCi/mmol, greater than or equal to 98% radiopurity. GLP documentation report will be required and GC, GC/MS, or NMR for validation of cis/trans ratio (10-20% cis isomer; % similar to that found in commercially produced isoeugenol). Radiopurity analysis will be by a gradient HPLC method capable of separating isoeugenol from eugenol. The analytical method will be supplied by the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center.
