Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #F33601-02-T- 0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS 334515. This RFQ has one line item. The item being acquired is a Lab Pack consisting of a Waveform Generator, a Digital Multimeter, a Triple Output Programmable DC Power Supply and an Oscilloscope. Quotations are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis. To be considered for award, quotations of "equal" products, including "equal" products of the brand name manufacturer, must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 13.101(b)(1), this award will be made on an all or none basis.
