Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for construction to repair the roof, Building 5, Bays 2,3,4,5, and 6, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal of existing roof construction down to roof deck, including roo f membrane, insulation, snow deflectors, rain gutters, flashing, and incidental related work; installation of EPDM roofing system; demolition of identified items/materials and removal of resulting rubbish and debris. Estimated magnitude is between $500,000 -$1,000,000. The action is unrestricted. NAICS is 235610, average annual receipts $11.5 million. Solicitation number DAAB17-02-B-0003 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments w ill also be issued electronically only. No paper or disc will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
