Geological Survey, National Wildlife Health Center in Madison, Wisconsin requires a Modular office trailer, 64'x28' (box area 60'x28'), with seven (7) offices, a central commons area, and a mechanical room. The structure shall be delivered, set-up and occupy space at the National Wildlife Health Center, 6006 Schroeder Road, Madison, WI, 53711. The government will award a base year contract with four option years.
