Description

Single award term contract for period February 1, 2002 through January 31, 2003 for Various Depaertments and Agencies. Production area assumed to be within the Los Angeles, CA commercial zone. Envelopes, approximately 111 orders per year. The average order for copies of 500 to 9,999 is 2,636 copies. The average for 10,000 to 49,999 is 16,838 copies, and the average for 50,000 or more is 61,000 copies. Trim sizes are 3-7/8 x 8-7/8", regular, window, and security, 4-1/8 x 9-1/2", regular, window, and security. 6-1/2 x 9-1/2", open side, 7-1/2 x 10-1/2", open side, 9 x 12", open side, open end, or metal clasp, 9-1/2 x 12-1/2", open side, open end, or metal clasp, 10 x 13", open side, open end, or metal clasp, 11-1/2 x 14-1/2", open end or metal clasp. Operations include copy pickup, composition, films, printing, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. One to fourteen workday production schedule. Product Quality Level IV Attributes.
