Description

The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) intends to award a sole source order under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Information Spectrum, Inc. to provide printer supplies for Integrated Card Producti on System (ICPS) printers at INS locations in Kentucky, Vermont and Nebraska. The following types of printer supplies are r equired for Sandia Imaging Model 7R printers: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and Black Dai Nippon Sandia Ribbons, Sandia Print Head s, and Sandia Sticky Rollers. This will be a fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) order for one year. Although testing on alternative products has been initiated, the urgent need to maintain immigrant card production does no t permit the use of alternative products at this time. Information Spectrum, Inc. is the exclusive distributor and agent fo r Sandia Imaging Products that are manufactured by Dai Nippon. See Numbered Note 22.
