Description

The Government intends to award a five year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Interface Unit, Comm, (CA-67A/U), NSN: 5895-01-443-5081, Part # 3149A. The above item must be able to fully and successfully i ntegrate into the end item, G88MSE. Delivery will be made to New Cumberland, PA. Expected initial delivery of a quantity of 200 each, 180 days after contract award. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable com petition for this item. Star Dynamic is the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. The sole source acquisition with Star Dynamic is authorized IAW FAR6.302-1 (a) (1), Only One Responsibl e Source or a Limited Number of Sources. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry.
