Item 0001, Hand Held Explosive Detectors (HHED) 250 min/max 1400 ; Item 0002, Drug Conversion Kit 0 min/max 1400; Item 0003 Carry case with shoulder Strap 0 min/max 100; ; Item 0004 Dopant Explosive Set 0 min/max 100; ; Item 0005 Consumable kit; ; Item 0006 6-hour battery pack; Item 0007 Carry case with shoulder Strap 0 min/max 100 CLIN 0007 1.5 hour battery pack 0 min/max 100 with shoulder Strap 0 min/max 100 manufactured in accordance with Statement of Work and Performance Specification. Contract/Ordering period is for a five-year period from award date of contract. This acquisition will be issued on a 100% set aside for small business basis. Delivery will be specified in individual delivery orders. The Government requires delivery of at least 30 units every 30 days until the order is complete. Delivery required F.O.B. Destination: NSWC-CD, 300 Highway 361, Crane IN 47522 -5001Origin. NAICS code 334519 Size 500. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Offerors will be required to submit product samples that will be tested at time of closing of solicitation; technical, past performance and price proposals. Award will be on a best value basis.
