Description
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to increase the Boat Maintenance Facility door height, reroof the building, and increase the size of the concrete pavement at Station Grays Harbor, Westport, WA. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove and dispose of rolling steel door. B. Partial demolition of wood frame roof and 24' concrete header. C. Install cast in place concrete header 9 inches higher than previous concrete beam to give a new door clearance of 24'0". D. Provide and install new roof at demolished section to include, but not limited to, roof framing, fascia panels, sheathing, and roofing. E. Provide and install new rolling steel door. F. Removal of the built-up roofing system on the Boat Maintenance Facility. G. Installation of a new modified bitumen roofing system, including roofing materials, flashing, and tapered insulation, on the entire Boat Maintenance Facility. H. Removal and reinstallation of existing aluminum cap flashing around the perimeter of the Boat Maintenance Facility. I. Provide and install a new 44'x65' 8" concrete pad. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235610. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
