Valdez, U.S. Geological Survey, Box 25046, MS 204A, Denver, CO 80225, Telephone: (303) 236-9336, Fax: (303) 236-2710, email: rvaldez@usgs.gov The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Resource Division has a requirement for full maintenance for all Hewlett Packard/Agilent T echnologies, Inc. systems. Equipment to be covered shall be inspected by a Contractor Service Engineer to certify that the equipment is in good operating condition. The equipment includes an assortment of HP 1090 HPLC;s, automatic injector module s, auto samplers, sampler controllers, sampler tray, chromatographic mainframes, chromatograph, MSD mainframes, turbo pumps, ion gauge controllers, purge & traps, ARCHON?s, HP Kayak computers, APOLLO 9000?s and A2608A, mass storage systems, and a s pectrophotometer. A complete list of equipment will be included in the solicitation. Delivery is FOB Destination, Denver, CO. Performance period is for base year plus two option years. Interested parties may request a copy of the RFQ either by U.S. Mail, e-mail or fax. The request must contain the RFQ number (02CRQQ0033), the requester?s name, complete street addre ss, telephone and fax number. Telephone requests for the RFQ will not be accepted. It is anticipate the RFQ will be availa ble on or after January 7, 2002. See numbered Note 12.
