Description

Request response from food service contractors to provide food service in a multi-tenant downtown office building in Omaha, Nebraska, estimated to open in 2004. The contractor will establish and operate in the contractor's name, food service and management 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, except holidays observed by the Federal Government. Hours of operation will be approximately 6:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m., but may vary depending upon partonage. The contractor will provide all management, qualified supervision, adequate labor, materials, supplies and equipment (not already provided by building owner) for the services. Equipment will be installed by food service contractor in finished-out space. Building population is expected to be around 1,200 people. Cafeteria designed to seat 180 people. Vending services in the cafeteria dining area will also be included. All interested contractors must submit at least three references, current and previous with which you have had a working relationship within three years.
