Description

The National Institutes of Health Library intends to negotiate with MD Consult, 11701 Borman Drive, Suite 300, St. Louis, MO., 63146 to enter into a renewal agreement to access full text books organized by medical specialty, full text / clinical practice guidlines, drug information from Mosby's GenRx and offer a variety of interactive update services via the World Wide Web for a period of 12 months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may respond to this request by expressing their interest and submitting a capabilities statement to the contracting office specified on this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. the purchase order will be awarded fifteen days after the publication of, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
