Description

The original notice is modified as follows: Thirteen (13) sentences back from the end of the description portion of the notice, replace the three (3) sentences which commence with the words, "Use block 10" with the following three (3) sentences: Use block 10 of the SF 255 to provide any additional information desired. The SF 255 as well as cover letter and other attachments shall not exceed 35 printed pages with a minimum font size of 10 (double sided is two pages); pages in excess of the 35-page limit will not be included in the evaluation process. The SF 254 is excluded from the aforementioned 35-page limit.
