This notice is to advise industry that the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order to Tideland Signal Corporation, P.O. Box 52430, Houston, TX, for the following replacement parts in support of the RACON Seabeacon II system. (1) RACON Seabeacon II Base, Part No. 6301280-00, quantity 15 each; (2) EMI Filter Card, Part No. 5301429-00, quantity 10 each; (3) RACON Power and Data Cable, 15 Ft., Part No. 5101235-00, quantity 5 each; (4) Control Processor CCA, Part No. 5301383-00, quantity 5 each; (5) Power Supply CCA, Part No. 5301378-00, quantity 5 each; (6) Power & Data Cable, 49 Ft., Part No. 5101235-01, quantity 2 each; (7) RACON 2? Coax Cable, Part No. 1451005, quantity 25 each; (8) RACON X-Band Coax Cable, Part No. 1451006-00, quantity 10 each; (9) RACON Cable, HF-501-4 Coax S-Band, Part No. 1451004-00, quantity 10 each; (10) RACON Radome, Part No. 3421168-00, quantity 10 each; (11) Canning Kit, Part No. 9011131-00, quantity 10 each. These parts shall be placed into ELC Stock. Tideland Signal Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for these items. Alternate or equal items shall not be accepted at this time. Responsible sources that can supply the part numbers listed may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this Notice MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 31 DECEMBER 2001. Any responses received after this deadline shall not be considered This Notice is issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
