Description

Commercial procurement one (1) each, part number HP8719C. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22 -- Sole Source Note The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation -- Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Quotations may be faxed to (478)926-2652. The anticipated award date will be 28 December 2001.
