Description

DESC: This requirement is for the M260 Rocket Launcher, NSN: 1055-01-070-9113, P/N: 13048750 and for the M261 Rocket Launcher, NSN: 1055-01-071-0064, P/N: 13048850. Using Best Value Acquisition procedures, the Government intends to award a one year Requir ements Contract with two option periods. The estimated quantity for the M260 Rocket Launcher is 767 each for Ordering Period 1 and 700 each for both option periods, with a maximum quantity of 1,400 each per year. There is no estimated quantity for the M2 61 Rocket Launcher and the maximum quantity is 1,000 each for all years. There are no guaranteed award quantities and the Government is under no obligation to place orders under a Requirements Contract. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/ aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent u pon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may re nder your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
