Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to PositivEnergy Community Energy Conservation of Oakland, CA in support of the Office of Atmospheric Programs (OAP), Global Programs Division (GPD), Heat Island Reduction Initiative (HIRI). The subject guidebook will provide technical information on heat island reduction measures, as well as guidance on developing heat island reduction action plans. See Note 22.
