Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Inter-Agency Task Force for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to design and fabricate eight outdoor interpretive displays for the MBNMS. Dispalys will be mounted along the MBNMS Sanctuary shoreline. Proposed contractor has been leading public effort to establish a Sanctuary Scenic Trail on the Santa Cruz County coast since 1994. The proposed contractor is uniquely qualified in design and construction of coastal interpretive displays and has designed and erected similar displays in the area. New displays wll be prepared for the MBNMS but must be consistent with existing displays along public areas.
